Create digital alarm receipt

The security officer can immediately create the alarm receipt online and report all findings such as burglary damage, type of alarm (burglary, no arming, power failure, fire alarm, sabotage, BMC malfunction, prohibited shutdown, etc.). There are also fields for entering the names of any attendees such as the WA, police, etc.

After the alarm receipt has been saved, it can be emailed directly to the customer. A copy is always sent to the security company. The customer receives a nice overview on a printable page with the report of the alarm follow-up. Via the master account you can set whether the alarm receipt can be e-mailed directly by the security guard or whether it is sent by management at the office.
