Classifications and division into groups of employees

Thanks to a smart module called "classifications" it is possible at Secusoft to divide employees into different groups. We call these groups classifications and you can set up and create them yourself. This makes planning and making the timetable a lot easier.

The module is flexible and can be used in several ways. You can divide employees into a classification name that is useful for yourself or you can make classifications based on training, special screening. This allows you to quickly select the employees who, for example, have been trained on a certain object, or the employees who have VCA, for example. Layouts are also possible on the basis of the type of security guard. One security guard is a real catering doorman and the other a very experienced store security guard. Thanks to the classifications you can quickly make a selection the way you want.
