Clients
The client module is indispensable within Secusoft and is included as standard with all subscriptions. Almost all other modules are linked to this, such as the timetable, reports, invoices, etc.
The diversity and amount of data that you can enter per client is enormous. It is divided into handy tabs and these are a few of the possibilities:
- Contact information: General information, email addresses, location on GoogleMaps, contact person, phone numbers, comments, customer history and status
- WAs: Up to 20 warning addresses can be entered per client, each with the fields name, position, telephone numbers, e-mail and comments
- Services: extensive interpretation of the type of service, specified per week / day
- Alarm system: switch codes, location of the alarm box, info to the control room, bridging and the type of alarm system
- Schedule / report: signing off services by manager, surcharges, color, email addresses, etc.
- Invoicing: standard debtor number or reference, contact details and e-mail of the financial department
- Documents: 10 documents to be added per client
- Reminders: Automatic reminders can be set
