Extra secure login with 2-step verification

Especially for the safety of our customers in the security industry and to protect their back office in Secusoft, and privacy-sensitive information that is stored here, we have introduced 2-step verification.

What is 2-Step Verification?

2-step verification means that you not only log in to Secusoft with a password, but also enter a code that you will see on your mobile phone.

How does 2-step verification work?
- Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile phone.
- Log in to Secusoft and switch the 2-step verification `on` in your account.
- Scan the barcode (QR code) on the screen with your mobile.
From now on, the account is linked to the app. Every time you log in, you enter not only your usual password, but also the code that can be seen on your mobile phone. This code is refreshed every 30 seconds, so it changes every half minute.

Why 2-step verification?
The main reason why you want to activate this extra security in your Secusoft account is because you want to be sure that you are the only one who can access the back office of your company and view and change data such as schedules and customer codes. Too often, with the abundance of passwords needed for everything, we automatically save passwords in our browser. But do not forget that anyone who crawls behind your screen, so that way also all privacy-sensitive data of your security company can view. Timesheets and personnel planning, but also personnel data, internal messages between the security guards, customer data, as well as alarm codes and alarms, invoicing, route lists and reports. And you really don't want that, do you?
