Can't figure it out yourself? Then contact your employer. They are in contact with the Secusoft support team.
Have you forgotten your password? And can you no longer log in via the Secusoft app? Then you will have to request a password reset from your employer. For security reasons, there is no automated reset function.
If you can still log in via the app, you can change the password via the app.
