Within Secusoft you have the option to add files and to sort them into different types (or types) of files. For the classification of different types you use "Type files".
You first add a certain type of file to your filegroup, after which you link each new file to the type it belongs to. Or, more simply said; Your `file cabinet` has several drawers that you can name yourself. This way you can store your digital files in a well-organized manner, and you can easily find them again.
Commonly used file types are:
- Business documents
- Customer data
- Certification
- Diplomas
- Payslips
- Agreements customers or employees
