Visitor registration

A good administrative system for security guards with a porter or reception function recognizes the need for accurate registration of visitors. After all, it is necessary to map out who is in the building or on the guarded site and for what purpose the visitor is there.

Secusoft has specially developed the Visitor Registration module with which visitors can be registered in advance and registered as "present" with one click. Matters such as the issue of visitor badges, passes, keys, visitor vests or clothing can be completed.

The module "Visitor registration" is linked to the timetable. By default, a security guard only sees the items for the object he is currently working on.
